This service is required each new client, prior to any of the weekly or bi-weekly cleaning subscriptions. A 60% (toward the total) non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking. This service requires detailed information about the property. This MUST be pre-approved by Glinted and will require a free online consultation.

Wipe and sanitize all accessible surfaces
Microwave cleaning
Interior refrigerator cleaning (Does not include freezer)
Thoroughly clean and sanitize showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, and fixtures
Dust exterior vents
Clean mirrors
Wipe countertops
Polish chrome fixtures
Dust all accessible furniture, shelves, décor, and surfaces
Dust baseboards, windowsills, doors, door frames, and trim
Vacuum carpets and rugs/mop hard floors
Clean mirrors
Make beds (if fresh linens are provided)
Wipe light switches, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces
Dust furniture, shelves, décor, and accessible surfaces
Vacuum upholstered and steam/disinfect furniture (where accessible)
Spot clean walls, doors, and light switches (DISCLAIMER: Cannot deep clean walls with flat paint)
Vacuum carpets and rugs/mop hard floors
Dust reachable light fixtures and vents
Vacuum and mop all flooring
Sanitize high-touch surfaces
Empty trash bins and replace liners
Please note: Deep cleaning focuses on areas that require extra time and attention due to built-up dust, dirt, grime, or neglect. Additional services may be available upon request for an additional fee.
